Licensed Firearm Holder In Police Custody

Man held in police custody after the Carnival celebrations. He was apparently under the influence while waving a loaded firearm at citizens on West Kings House Rd.
He then proceeded to "BIG WALL" were he had people fleeing in fear. He was held by police and is going to be charged.
